Incorporated Limited Partnerships

It should be noted that it is desirable that an ESVCLP use an incorporated limited partnership. As partnership laws are the responsibility of State and Territory Government's changes to legislation recognising incorporated limited partnerships are required.

A number of States and Territories are progressing or have passed relevant legislative changes, e.g. NSW. Please contact your State or Territory Government for further information on whether they have amended their partnerships laws to recognise ESVCLPs.
