Request for AusIndustry Online Access Form

This form is for Automotive Transformation Scheme (ATS) participants who wish to apply for AusIndustry online access.
AusIndustry Online allows ATS participants to submit Quarterly Returns and Third Quarter Business Plan Updates online. It will also allow ATS participants to view their forecast sales, production and investment.
Once an ATS participant is issued with an AusIndustry username and password, AusIndustry will treat any information transmitted to us bearing that username and password as having been authorised by the ATS participant.
The ATS participant is responsible for the security of the username and password that is issued to them. AusIndustry should be notified immediately if the username and password is lost or its security compromised.
This form must be completed by the ATS authorised contact, an authorised external entity or a properly authorised officer.
If the ATS participant is emailing this form, the original signed form must also by sent via post or hand-delivered during business hours to any AusIndustry office.
