Customer Guidelines

The ATS Customer Guidelines have been developed to assist applicants to apply for registration, to assist registered participants to correctly claim assistance and provide other relevant information.

It is strongly recommended that you read the guidelines below in conjunction with the Automotive Transformation Scheme Act 2009, the Automotive Transformation Scheme Regulations 2010 and the Automotive Transformation Scheme Order 2010.
