Application for Transfer of Investment Form

This form is for Automotive Transformation Scheme (ATS) participants who wish to treat investment undertaken by a person, who may or may not be an ATS participant (the original investor), as eligible investment undertaken by the ATS participant.
A transfer of investment may only be considered with reference to regulations 2.34 to 2.36 of the Automotive Transformation Scheme Regulations 2010.
When completing this form please follow the instructions provided in ATS Customer Guideline 8: Transfer of Investment.
