Applicants must apply for registration before 1 July of the Plan year for which registration is sought. For example, an applicant applying for registration in the 2012 - 2013 financial year must lodge its application for registration by 30 June 2012.
An application for registration that is received by AusIndustry after 30 June 2012 will be considered for registration in the 2013 - 2014 financial year.
An application for registration will be considered within sixty days unless AusIndustry requests further information to substantiate the claims in the application.
