Guideline for Finance Schemes

This Guideline, made under section 39EA of the Industry Research and Development Act 1986 (“the Act”), enable eligible companies to determine whether finance schemes in relation to research and development activities carried on, or proposed to be carried on, by and R&D entity will be taken to be ineligible finance schemes for the purposes of Part IIIA of the Act.
