Description: Australian businesses looking to fund their growth may be able to access capital from funds registered under this program if their total assets are no more than $50 million and their primary activity is not retail or property development.
Please note that venture capital funds can no longer register under this program. However they may be eligible to register under the ESVCLP or VCLP program, which entitles them to certain tax benefits.
