The Clothing and Household Textile (Building Innovative Capability) scheme ("BIC scheme") replaces the TCF Post-2005 (SIP) scheme from the 2010/2011 program year. Please note: not all activities eligible under TCF Post-2005 (SIP) are eligible under the BIC scheme.
Description: The TCF Post-2005 (SIP) Scheme aims to foster the development of a sustainable and internationally competitive TCF manufacturing and design industry in Australia by providing incentives which will promote investment and innovation. The Scheme provides incentives in the form of grants, paid annually and in arrears, for investment and innovation activities.
