TCF Post-2005 (SIP) Scheme: Program Guide


The Program Guide has several main parts.

  • Part A provides some general information for customers.
  • Part B outlines, in general terms, some important aspects of the Scheme.
  • Part C provides details regarding Type 1 and Type 2 grants.
  • Part D gives specific information about the process of registration.
  • Part E specific information about the process of claim/determination.
  • Part F is designed to assist customers to complete an application for registration.
  • Part G those customers who wish to complete an application for claim/determination.
  • Part H duplicates Schedules 1 and 2 of the TCF Post-2005 (SIP) Scheme.

The information in this Guide is intended as general guidance only, and is not intended to replace or amend the wording of the TCF SIP Act or the TCF Post-2005 (SIP) Scheme.

Before making an application for registration or an application for a claim/determination under the Scheme, it is strongly recommended that you read the Guide below in conjunction with the Scheme. Please note that the Guide is for general guidance only. Any examples provided in the Guide are for illustrative purposes only.
