An entity must be registered for the relevant program year to be eligible to make a claim.
An entity wishing to make a claim under the TCF Post-2005 (SIP) Scheme must do so as follows:
- For the 2005/2006 program year – before 1 March 2007.
- For the 2006/2007 program year – before 1 March 2008.
- For the 2007/2008 program year – before 1 March 2009.
- For the 2008/2009 program year – before 1 March 2010.
- For the 2009/2010 program year – before 1 March 2011.

Note: Expenditure incurred in the 2004/05 program year of the TCF (SIP) Scheme may be included in the threshold amount (however, entities will not receive grant payments for this expenditure). Please complete the Attachment - Threshold Expenditure, TCF (SIP) 2004/05 Program Year to make this request.
Completed claim/determination forms can be lodged at any office of AusIndustry.
A Word-format form, which will enable you to work on an electronic copy of the document and then print, is also available. A copy of the form can be emailed or a disk sent to you. Contact the AusIndustry hotline on hotline@ausindustry.gov.au or 13 28 46.
