An entity must be registered for the 2009/10 program year to be eligible to make a claim.
A registered entity wishing to make a claim under the TCF Post-2005 (SIP) Scheme for the 2009/10 program year must do so on or before 28 February 2011.

Note: Expenditure incurred in the 2004/05 program year of the TCF (SIP) Scheme may be included in the threshold amount (however, entities will not receive grant payments for this expenditure). Please complete the Attachment - Threshold Expenditure, TCF (SIP) 2004/05 Program Year to make this request.
Application for Claim/Determination forms can be lodged at any AusIndustry office.
