The Consultation Paper does not constitute the final implementation arrangements for TCF SCP and BIC. As such, the Consultation Paper is not to be seen as pseudo program guidelines and should not be used as a point of reference in the preparation of future TCF SCP or BIC funding applications.
Note: The consultations closed on 30 September 2009. The Department will provide a further opportunity for comment once the draft guidelines have been developed.
