This form is designed to help the applicant check suitability for the Green Car Innovation Fund (GCIF).
The form will be submitted to your local AusIndustry office and a Customer Service Manager will make contact within two working days to discuss the applicant's and project's suitability for the GCIF.
Adobe Reader 8.1 or above should be used to complete the form. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded from the Adobe website. Adobe Reader is a free application.
