Australian Industry Participation Plan for the Enhanced Project By-law Scheme (EPBS)


The attached document has been developed to assist applicants prepare their Australian industry participation plan and Australian Industry Participation Plan Report. It is strongly recommended applicants familiarise themselves with the AIP Plan Guide prior to completing an EPBS application.

This document provides guidance on each criterion required to be addressed in an Australian industry participation plan. Applicants do not have to use the AIP plan template suggested in the AIP Plan guide for EPBS but must still address each criteria expected of AIP plans for EPBS. A summary of key actions and the evidence that will be provided to show progress against that action for each AIP plan criteria must also be completed.
