The sample CIM application form is provided to assist the applicant in gaining an understanding of the information they will be required to provide as part of the application process. The applicant will need to be familiar with the Certain Inputs to Manufacture (Items 57 & 60) Policy and Administrative Guidelines. Applicants should contact the AusIndustry hotline on 13 28 46 if they wish to discuss the eligibility requirements.
The sample form should not be used to complete the application. If an applicant is experiencing difficulty with the online application form, they should contact the AusIndustry hotline on 13 28 46.
