The AusIndustry Hotline is an information and referral service for businesses and individuals.  It is the initial response line for all enquiries regarding AusIndustry and AusIndustry programs within the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research.

It's fast, efficient and the cost of a local call from anywhere in Australia.

Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time).  Our Hotline is closed on Australian National Public Holidays.

International Callers:
International callers can contact the AusIndustry Hotline by phoning:

+61 2 6213 6000 - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and ask to be transferred to the AusIndustry Hotline (13 28 46).


Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) - 13 14 50

Interpreter
TIS is a national service that is available to any person or organisation in Australia requiring interpreting assistance for information in languages other than English: Ask for 13 28 46.

 

 

National Relay Service

National Relay Service - TTY Service 133 677 - [TTY/Voice] or 1300 555 727 [Speak and Listen (SSR)] The NRS is a phone solution for people who are deaf or have hearing or speech impairment.
